Cancellation, Returns & Refund

This document is an electronic record that establishes the Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy that governs the products purchased through this website(www.shopatmaya.com).​

For the purpose of this document "You","Your","Customer","User","Users" shall mean any person(s) and/or legal entity(ies) who visits, uses or transact at the website in any way and the terms "We", "Us", "Our","MAYAA" is used to represent this website(shopatmaya.com).

Return and Refund Conditions:

  •     Returns are permitted only if a wrong order is delivered.

  •     Returns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  1. Product Return Requirements

  • Products must be returned in original condition

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In original packaging

  • Must include all original:

    • Tags

    • Labels

    • Barcodes

    • Invoices

    • Accessories

    • Packaging materials

Note: Damaged products or items returned without essential components will not qualify for refund.

 

Return Guidelines:

  1. Report wrong orders through our Contact Page within 24 hours of delivery. 

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Essential items are missing ,

  • Products are damaged due to improper handling

  • If returns are requested more than 24 hours after delivery.

Pre-Ordered/Pre-Booked Products:

Pre-Orders  or pre-booked orders are products that are confirmed or booked before they are available for purchase,

  • Dispatch takes 8-11 days after order confirmation/order booking,

  • Not eligible for cancellation or returns

  • Not eligible for refunds

Order Receiving Guidelines:

  • Carefully inspect packages before acceptance

  • If packaging appears tampered:

    1. Do not accept the package,

    2. Take clear photos showing shipping label and damage, and

    3. Immediately inform us through the Contact page.

Failure to report package tampering immediately voids return/refund rights.

 

We kindly ask customers to carefully inspect the products immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues within the first 24 hours to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Transit Damage Policy:

  • For products damaged during transit, we will:

    • Provide a full refund, or

    • Send a replacement product after we discuss the details and confirm availability. 

  • Resolution typically takes 4-10 business days

Return Pickup Process:

  • Logistics provider will attempt product pickup twice,

  • If you're unavailable during pickup attempts:

    • We do not assume responsibility for pickup delays or pickup cancellation,

    • Return request stands cancelled after two unsuccessful attempts,

    • No new return pick-up requests accepted for the same order.

Order Cancellation Conditions:

Orders are subject to cancellation if:

• Shipping address is invalid or inaccurate,

• Order is refused at destination,

• Order that cannot be delivered even after three attempts.We want to ensure your order reaches its destination, but we also need to manage our logistics effectively.

Order Cancellation Guidelines: 
• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of order confirmation or before the order is processed, whichever occurs first
• Cancellation must be submitted through our Contact page.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway fees.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:
• Product unavailability
• Website pricing or product listing errors
• Payment or fraud-related concerns
• Technical system issues

Shipping Address Accuracy:
• Address corrections must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation or or before the order is processed, whichever occurs first,
• If incorrect address prevents delivery, we are not responsible for delays or in some cases cancellation,
• Undeliverable orders will be cancelled and refunded after deducting 35% of total order value.

 

Payment Gateway Fees:
• Domestic Cards/Net Banking/Wallets: 2% + 18% GST
• International/Diners/Amex cards: 3% + 18% GST

Special Conditions:
• Digital products are non-cancellable and non-refundable,

• Our order cancellation decision is final and binding

Refunds Policy

We aim to provide a fair and transparent refunds process for our valued customers. Here are the key details of our Returns & Cancellation Policy:​​

Full Refund Situations:

  • Incorrect order delivery ,

  • Cancellation from our end due to technical errors ,

  • Order confirmed despite product unavailability,

  • Product damage during transit (must not be accepted and promptly informed to us as per order receiving guidelines).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Products returned after use,

  • Returned Products failing quality checks,

  • Returns requested more than 24 hours after delivery are not eligible for returns and refunds,

  • Pre-ordered/pre-booked products

Partial Refund Situations:

a) Order Cancellation within 24 Hours or before order dispatch whichever occurs first

  • Refunds processed after deducting payment gateway fees

b) Cancellation Due to Address Inaccuracy

  • Refunds made after deducting:

    • Payment gateway fees and and a flat fee Rs.149

c) Delivery Refusal

  • If order is refused during delivery,35% of total order value will be subtracted before processing the refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Initiated after receiving the order back to our warehouse and only upon passing quality inspection,

  • Processed to original payment method,

  • Typically completed within 2-12 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary

Important Notes:

  • Our decision on refunds is final

  • Customers agree to these terms when using our website

  • We recommend carefully reading and understanding all policies before ordering from our website

In exceptional circumstances and for reasons not covered by our standard policy, if we agree on product return, please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We want to be transparent about this to avoid any surprises.We totally get that sometimes things don't work out exactly as you hoped, and we're always here to help. But to keep things fair for everyone, we ask that customers cover the shipping fees for returns outside our standard guidelines.
