Returns & Refunds — When Are They Allowed?
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if a wrong product is delivered.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted
Product Condition for Returns
Returned items must be in original condition.
The product must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In original packaging

With all original tags, labels, barcodes, invoices, and accessories intact
⚠️ Items returned in damaged condition or without essential components will not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return

Report the issue through our Contact page within 24 hours of delivery

Returns will be declined if:

The request is raised after 24 hours

Items are missing

The product is damaged due to improper handling

Pre-Orders / Pre-Booked Products
Pre-ordered or pre-booked items are specially arranged for you.

Dispatch timeline: 8–11 days after order confirmation

These items are not eligible for:

Cancellation

Order Receiving Guidelines
Please inspect your package before accepting delivery.
If the package appears tampered with:

Do not accept the delivery

Take clear photos showing the damage and shipping label

Inform us immediately through the Contact page
Failure to report tampering at the time of delivery will void return or refund eligibility.
Transit Damage
If a product is damaged during transit:

We will offer a replacement or full refund

Resolution typically takes 4–10 business days, subject to confirmation and availability
Return Pick-Up Process

Our logistics partner will attempt pickup twice

If both pickup attempts fail due to unavailability:

The return request will be cancelled

No fresh pickup request will be created for the same order

Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation or before processing (whichever is earlier)

Refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges
Order Cancellations by Us
We may cancel an order in cases such as:

Product unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Payment or fraud concerns

Technical or system issues
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

Address changes are allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation or before processing

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address:

We are not responsible for delays or cancellation

Undelivered orders will be cancelled

Refunds will be processed after deducting 35% of the order value

Payment Gateway Charges
These charges are non-refundable:

Domestic cards / Net banking / Wallets: 2% + 18% GST

International / Diners / Amex cards: 3% + 18% GST
Refunds Policy
Full Refunds Are Issued If:

A wrong product is delivered

An order is cancelled by us due to technical issues

An order is confirmed despite product unavailability

A product is damaged in transit and reported immediately

The product has been used or worn

Returned items fail quality checks

Partial Refunds
Refunds may be partially deducted in the following cases:
Order cancelled within 24 hours / before dispatch

Payment gateway charges deducted
Cancellation due to incorrect address

Payment gateway charges + ₹149 deducted
Delivery refusal

35% of the total order value deducted
Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are initiated after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection

Refunded to the original payment method

In rare cases where a return is approved outside standard guidelines, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
