Order Processing & Shipping

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours after order confirmation.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

• Pre-order items require a longer processing time of 10–14 days before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking & Updates

• You can track your order anytime using the tracking link shared with you.

• If there is an unexpected delay in dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you via email or phone.

Shipping Address Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure:

• Your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

• Landmarks or additional directions are included if needed.

Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation or before the order is processed (whichever is earlier).
Once the order is processed, address changes will not be possible.

Undelivered Orders

• If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be cancelled.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy, after necessary deductions.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

• If your order is not delivered within 15 days of dispatch, please contact us through our Contact page.

• Our team will actively assist you and work towards resolving the issue.
