Shipping & Delivery

The delivery timeline depends on the shipping method you select during checkout. Pre-ordered items require 8-11 days for shipping after order confirmation.

As a result, we and our logistics partners can only provide estimated delivery timeframes, not guaranteed dates. Payment Gateway Fees
Domestic payment methods (including cards, net banking, and digital wallets) incur a 2% payment gateway fee, plus 18% GST. International cards, Diners, and American Express cards are subject to a 3% payment gateway fee, with an additional 18% GST.

Billing and Shipping Information Accuracy

Gift Card Usage
When paying with a gift card purchased from us, the order total will be deducted from the card balance. If the gift card balance is insufficient, you'll be prompted to select an alternative payment method. Only one gift card can be used per order, and multiple cards cannot be combined.

Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to the original gift card. While gift cards do not expire, they cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
