Size Guide

Kurta Fit

  • Size selection is primarily based on bust measurement

  • Shoulder and armhole vary with design and cut

  • Straight, A-line, and relaxed silhouettes will not fit the same even in the same size

Bottom Fit

  • Waist fit depends on elastic, drawstring, or fixed waistband

  • Hip measurement determines ease of movement

  • Straight pants, churidars, and salwars differ in fit even in the same size

Garment vs Body Measurements

Body measurements are a reference.
Actual garment measurements vary based on:

  • silhouette

  • cut

  • fabric

Fabric Notes

  • Fabric influences how the garment sits and moves

  • Structured fabrics hold shape more

  • Softer fabrics fall closer to the body

  • Natural fabrics may change slightly after wash

General Size Notes

  • Choose your size based on bust measurement for the kurta

  • For bottoms, ensure your hip measurement fits comfortably

  • If your bust and hip fall in different sizes, go with the size that accommodates the larger measurement

  • When in doubt, size up for comfort

Measurements

  • Measure yourself over light, everyday clothing, not bulky layers.

  • Keep the measuring tape close to the body without pulling it tight.

  • Measure your bust around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.

  • Measure your hips around the fullest part.

How to Read the Size Chart

  • Always compare your measurements with the size chart provided for the particular product.

  • Do not assume the same size will have identical measurements across different garments or collections.

Fit & Comfort

  • Allow some ease beyond your body measurements for comfortable movement.

  • Your preferred fit matters: choose according to whether you like your clothing closer-fitting or more relaxed.

Always refer to the size chart provided with the individual product, as measurements can vary between garments.
